When do I receive my issue of Circle Square Post?
Circle Square Post is mailed at the end of the issuing month. (Sept, Nov, Jan, Mar, May, July)
Mail is sent with a stamp and is untrackable, but that is also the charm of snail mail. Once it is mailed, it can take up to 3 weeks to reach your mailbox.
Friendly reminder: People who order or subscribe before 28th of the issuing month will receive the current month's report. Orders and subscriptions made on or after the 28rd will receive the next issue.
My zine didn't show up. How do I get a replacement?
Once shipped, please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery. I will happily replace your issue of Circle Square Post if it gets lost in the mail.
Before requesting a replacement, please log in to your account and confirm that I have your correct mailing address.
If you still have not received anything after 21 days please fill out the contact form with your full name and shipping address and I can help resolve it.
How do I change my payment info or shipping address?
Log into your subscriber portal at the top of this page (look for the icon with your first initial in the upper-right corner) to update your shipping address, billing info and manage your account details.
